Shipping policy
We send our orders out using NZ Post - within New Zealand and Australia.
Our standard tracked shipping option is delivered in 1-3 days.
Overnight tracked shipping is available and applies between Monday - Thursday for orders received by 2pm. For orders placed on a Friday with overnight post, we cannot guarantee a Saturday morning delivery.
Authority to leave can be requested by adding a note to your order however House of Lash and Brows will not be able to assist in the event that your order is lost.
This includes no refund or replacement product.
